The company gained it’s initial representation in 1993 from Philip Saint-James who’s emphasis on quality, candidate knowledge and accountability was paramount. Having taken the company through its initial years, in 1996 Premier Associates joined forces with BSS Recruitment, who assisted in the supply of temporary workers.
Premier Associates went from strength to strength, retaining its identity in its specialist sector of the market thus becoming one of the country’s leading Specialist Motor Trade Recruitment Agencies, supplying group management, line management and specialist personnel.
Offering both a temporary and permanent staffing solution Premier Associates are always conscious that the industry is constantly evolving and that key people within any dealership are, more than ever anticipating new ways forward, coming up with new ideas and looking for strengths in people who can work in all areas of the business.
