Premier Associates was formed in 1993 specifically to professionally place people in line with their expertise, whether General Manager, Line Manager, Sales Person, Technician or other members of staff within the Dealership. In the following years Premier Associates gained an exceptional and much appreciated client data base, insisting that the key element in any business relationship is keeping people informed. We offer and expect an honest working partnership and strive to achieve this, making every effort to keep, uphold and maintain the mutual respect we have with both clients and candidates.
The power of the Internet enabled Premier Associates to expand and establish itself on a much wider basis placing management and supporting staff into well known groups and franchises.
Growth in 2002 prompted the search for an additional specialist consultant opening the Bristol office 2003 followed in 2006 with the office in Chelmsford. Both consultants previously worked for well-known groups in senior management positions, bringing an expertise and understanding of the industry to ensure professional selection and support.
2008 saw the move to larger premises in Bedford which is also the home to sister companies BSS Recruitment and Orchid Nursing and also head office for DWM and Esari. Latest IT systems provide the support for all areas of the business including database security and management together with all accountancy functions which are controlled in-house by our Accounts Manager.
