Premier Associates Terms and Conditions of Business and Temporary Terms and Conditions are available for your retention or perusal but remain the property of Premier Associates and are not transferable.

Premier Associates Terms of Trading apply at all times and there is no variation to any of its content unless a Master Vendor Agreement is in place or a Tier Supplier Agreement has been agreed and signed.  In these circumstances the financial aspect only, may form part of a supplementary agreement the remainder of the content relating to both documents apply at all times.
